Who will you be joining?
Reward & Performance is part of Group People and Culture in Allianz Group. It supports and advises the Allianz SE Board of Management, Committees and Allianz Operating entities on key compensation aspects, concentrating on remuneration, benefits and global mobility.
The Employee Benefits team is a key component of Group Reward & Performance. Within this dynamic team, the focus spans across the global employee benefits landscape, including the substantial global Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP). The new hire will actively contribute to the sucess of the ESPP initiative.
Allianz combines your work tasks with a two-year dual study program at the Steinbeis University - School of International Business and Entrepreneurship. You graduate with a M.Sc. in International Management; in addition you receive a MBA from one foreign partner universities of SIBE. During the program a study project forms the core of your Master´s program in which you have the opportunity to lead it to success.
How can you make an impact?
- Actively manage a global community in more than 40 countries with focus on the ESPP
- Provide support for project management and communication activities
- Assume responsibility for various substreams, showcasing strong coordination and organizational skills
- Efficiently multitask and manage diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality and detail
- Provide support for ad hoc requests as needed
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Communication / Business Administration or any comparable
Strong communication and project management skills
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience in Project Management or within the area of Reward & Performance
- Detailed oriented with a strong focus on accuraccy
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
